I purchased a Specilized Tero x 4.0 and it came with a pump. For some reason every time I use it, it screws so tight onto the presta valave (even if I do it gently) head that it pulls it out completely letting ALL the air out.
I use a different pump, its fine.
What am I doing wrong as its really starting to wind me up.
