Is this a good bike for a first time rider thats not that serious into bikes? Its 100$

I'm new I'm 5'8 bike size is L looks kinda small for some reason is the front fork carbon and is it a good deal for 100 I'm planing to do extremely dumb shit to it and wouldn't be worth it (putting any type of 3 spoke wheels or smth)
