I ran over a piece of metal that got stuck to my tire. When I pulled it off, it left two small tears in the sidewall of my tubeless setup. Rode the bike for another 50 miles after. No air leakage. Should I replace the tire just to be safe?

sidewall damages are risky as they may damage your rim in case of catastrophic failure. replace it
I’m surprised that holds air tubeless. I wouldn’t even trust it with a tube unless on a beach cruiser or something like that
If you’re ok with getting stranded you can ride on that. Otherwise I’d strongly suggest replacing.
