  1. 800 euros for that is a fair price. But I wouldn’t suggest anyone get rim brake nowadays

I had probably the fastest rim brake bike Evers trek madone 9.9 with intergrated handlebar, internal cable system, run with wins pace hyper r45 with tubeless set up. It’s fast but yet very very uncomfortable compared to today’s bike.

Rim brake bike and disc brake bike are not just having a different brake system. They changed the wheel as well. Disc brake wheels using thur axel which are way stiffer and stable.

Rim brakes are dead. I would never, ever go back.

    I wouldn’t pay €800 for that.

No not worth it your money is far better spent on a modern bike.
The only value out of a bike that old would be to have it as a dedicated trainer bike only, always hooked up to the trainer. But only if it fits you right.
