Celebrating Canada Day in Nova Scotia – 245KM // 2582M // 29KPH

Another great day on the bike, it was Canada day here. Celebrated with a pretty decent ride, 8 hours 27 moving time and 9 hours 20 elapsed. I feel very lucky to live here after moving from England, great cycling, great people and always amazing scenery. I’m often envious of bikes I see here, but am always amazed of what my 10 year old Giant Defy with a 9 speed Sora group set can do. Happy Canada Day to all my fellow Canadians.
