Handlebars obviously will have to get replaced, hard to tell on your wheel and fork but I’d expect those too, stem potentially as well. Some stuff on the fork/frame might be bent too much, if it’s steel you/they can probably just bend it back but I’d trust the mechanics at the shop to look over it and give you an assessment.

Most bikes shops aren’t too bad. They should be able to tell pretty quick what’s broken and what’s just askew.
The thing to watch out for is the sales pitch and those are the places I don’t go back to. If they are like, “nah scrap it, here’s a $6k bike to replace it with” tell them to pound sand.
I’d also look ask around online to see the best shop in the area. For old bikes there’s always some small place that works on college students bikes and whatnot. They are the best imo. The small dealers of expensive bikes tend to be the examples I was thinking of as bad. We have one locally that sells so many bikes that they don’t need to convince you to buy a new one so their mechanics are awesome.
