As a 175cm person should u get a size M(54 I think) or L(56 I think)I am like right in the middle.😅

Hi guys I am planning to get a Engine 11 either crit d(2022) or vortex(2024) but I really don't know which size to get as:

1.Sizing in Engine 11 frames are in small to large rather than numbers for example 53 to 56.

2.I am 175 and I don't know which sizing to get I assumed that M size is like a 54 and L size is like a 56 but I dont really know😅.Some people says get a 54 some people say get a 56.
