So I'm still a novice in road cycling. I had been doing it for about 15 months before I had a brain aneurysm (not related to cycling).
It has been a little over a year since my aneurysm and I have finally gotten back on a bike. I haven't been doing more than 15 miles but today I said screw it and did a big loop.
My legs hate me but I am so happy I did it! Next is a 50 mile ride.
