By modern standards the Cannondale is old and outdated- but compared to the Schwinn it may as well be a sci-fi rocket ship. It’s going to be half the weight, and probably has indexed shifting, and much better brakes. Definitely get the Cannondale.
Small word of warning though, it looks like the Cannondale’s fork is slightly bent? I might be seeing things though. If you go look at it, give it a good look-over to make sure the frame is in good shape and it doesn’t have any crash damage
