Advice needed for handlebar bag

Hey!
Im new to the combination of bikes and bags (and this community 😊), but looking to upgrade my bike with some bags. Starting of with a handlebar bag! So I can carry some extra food etc. for long rides. But I’m afraid that with my setup a lot of bags won’t fit. Because of the shape of my steer (canyon carbon cockpit I think the name is) and the location of the Garmin holder. People that have experience with this set up and handlebar bags? Recommendations and advice are much appreciated. Also I added 2 pictures of my steer.
