Bruno Brazzo is one those people in the Italian bicycle world who learned his job very early in life and tried to perfect his skills over the years. In the end he became well known Shop owner and bike builder in the Area of Pavia. His Shop in Certosa di Pavia still exists and still amazing bikes are rolling out of its door.

Price seems in the right ballpark for an early 80s restored frame with a pantographs groupset.
I’d replace the steel bars with something good – maybe an ITM set to match the stem.
That seatpost is one of the weirdest I’ve seen. No idea what it is. Hope it’s nor been shaved down. A matching Super Record one would be a worthwhile step-up.
