Bike ride….Liverpool to Southport and back….45 miles 😎

good afternoon how’s everyone doing so lovely sunny day so to to take me back and W tomorrow so I to to take myself out on a little bike L get some exercising H so we go Southport so let’s go see you when I get to Southport oh just roll now I’m in my G this is the start of the aim pardon me here this is the start of the track right the way through now to the coastal Road in is it fori is it I don’t know um but this is where it get fun this see this goes to all the farmers fields and then it brings you out on some roads so and then you’re at the coastal road then but then I’m going to go come back on the coastal road so still going so I’ve done the end of that path now and just some Woods this wood thingss me out just some load in the middle of no way and then take you past some Caravan SI and then put on the main road then so I’m on this road in the middle of nowhere well to the middle of nowhere in I think we’re coming to rainday aren’t we just come out of there out of them woods so now say that way towards the coastal road so at the end of that road just showed you then you got some [Music] Caravans Caravan Park then you got a farm over there we that Caravan Park obviously a style area you wouldn’t think people would come here for a caravan would you or I think to be honest them ones look like people that live in them but still it’s like people in Wes must think we’re [ __ ] mad going to whes it’s to stay in the Caravan in it so yeah weing around about tonight anyway see in a bit now M Crossroad so that’s Liverpool road heading towards lipo that’s the coastal road heading towards Little ponton in aale and that’s the way to Southport on the main road that’s that’s way I’m going into Southport along Liverpool road down here you got a royal B there go course and then just still ring along here and I think it’s called water road now but you want to see some of the hous on here absolutely amazing even the a the [ __ ] our faded Down Still boss n some of these AR are unreal absolutely see what I mean look at this look at them wow even got even G past them ones then I just took pictures off you just up all the drives and you take a picture of every house cuz every house is just different and unreal so some money floating about up here well if you’re raining you get good things don’t you yeah Special hour these some South now l streat so I’m at me um stop off point which is marine park I think get is in it in Southport it just took me two and a half hours to get here bought a bit less than now cuz I’ve stopped a lot done videos and took pictures so here we are lovely parked this now have a little B there have a little drink oh yeah we’ll go again in a bit so may be out on the beach ties all the way oh there it’s actually on the horizon I’ve still only ever seen the ti in once in sou po me life 44 years well nearly 45 and I’ve only seen the ti in once so anyway yeah let’s start our journey back so done the first part of the coastal Road there’s the second half family over the RO from here [Music] pons over there all the time when we were kids absolute shiing ah so I’ve done the second part the coastal road now I’m going in into the Pine Woods then that’ll take me through to forb hean or whatever order it is then I’m going to end up in b b bank is it the sun’s got me you know I can feel it B me and I’m kned but we go on how old there so just crossed the in golf course and says no riding your bikes walk oh yeah whatever now I’m on the a should across the railway now think this going by fresh Fields now oh we go one oh just h r past flash Fields one another road think I’m going to for station now totally bouncing training station to training station now for it’s mad when you’re trains are going past yet the say hunts cross oh I’ve come to this little path the last time I come down here to took me through these woods but it was a it was cut off so I had to do a Big Four Mile detour end up being extra 8 miles on me a journey so I’m taking a risk going this way so well let’s see please please be [Laughter] open farmer doing his a whatever he’s doing farming and there we go it’s backfired on me but this time no I didn’t go nowhere in here in the woods is what I did last time but here it’s a bit of a ball here so have to go back home Choo Cho I don’t know what doesn’t do with Choo Cho but Choo [Music] Cho see them M there I just cut to the stat and went along there it’s like so far to find that path so to go all the way back along cut all the way through some streets and prob back onto the bypass oh I’m not going to lie got to high Town station I’ve had to get off the bike cuz my legs have seized up coming up there there I can’t move my legs just straight so I don’t know the [ __ ] I’m going to do yet oh I honestly I can’t bend them to top just have to wait for a bit so a little shoping i t got yourself a drink oh I’m sweating and I’m hot and I’m tired to be honest but going to do it AR now I’m at the I think it’s called beb bank and it w it leads to boats coming in there oh yeah considering my legs have just gone in they’re all right now but it’s a long way still to go when your legs are killing you but to see we go on got to push it along the sand now CU you can’t ride to that he just quite busy as well I was going to ride along there the lake but look how to eat the sand is and it’s all the way down so have by the leure center so I’m want to turn off there go on the road so it’s just pure detour after detour on the way back taking me forever oh can’t wait to get in your know now I’m going there I’m W Sal station going over the bridges again I’ve gone over this train St more times then well a lot anyway [ __ ] lot oh those things the Big M post dep and like cycle paath some mot bikes get down well I’ve just gone through some of them and knocked them and nearly come off me bike ow Moody woods now this brings me out by she4 I’m all right been she4 now going by the little I wait on that little in Co times and doing the a tell you what see me doing shop security anymore [ __ ] that off anyway two C4 going under the subway now don’t see many of these about anyway 2 C4 so I’m in yeah no one has beautiful absolute lovely place let get off the bike again my legs are seized up again coming up the hill Oh my god oh Bo done I’m in Walton and you know what it absolutely stinks s yeah I wonder why that could be oh yeah that’s why it stinks [Music] boo oh my God I TR to get off again my legs are gone again stand like [ __ ] got two match sticks now we’re in anfield and I’m nearly home and you know what it smells well better in this strees I should show this area so you 10 minutes honest God I can’t wait my legs are crucified so I’m back that’s sunb wow frazzled says on me a we watch 6 and 1/ half hours well I have done it in 5 and a half if it never stopped don’t video and taking photos and there and having a little break but yeah 6 and 1 half hours done so back so back back in the house 6 and 1 half hours 45.1 miles have done me leg seized up three times and oh do like match sticks do just like I couldn’t bend them but to all you you saying I get end up getting the CH on h no one never don’t really quit with much things these days apart from me D everything else about set out to do it I do it I like me little bronze you like but s that after get the shower so yeah so two and a half days so four hours of s me to get back but coming back is the rout TR is a lot more than a going there so nice one for a coming along on this journey
