Noticed this clicking noise, after further investigation I have no issues shifting into a harder gear, but when I go to shift to an easier gear I get this clicking noise and there’s some hesitation/skipping that takes place. Anyone know what I need to adjust here? FWIW I also have a somewhat frayed rear derailleur cable as well, not sure if that accounts for anything. TIA!

Hanger bent? Just sounds like the shifting is off slightly from the vid but hard to tell from just this info.
Does it still make the sound without pedaling? There’s a split second at the end of the video where you stop pedaling but the sounds seems to stay.
