I put a Surly ECR fork on my 2002 Trek mountain bike. It had the same axle to crown ratio as the heavy Judy TT suspension fork that came on it. I converted the bike to disc brakes in the process and added a Surly 24-Pack Rack. It’s like a totally different bike now!
