Went to change my tyres, first time since buying the bike a couple of years ago. Can usually change tyres pretty straightforward but these were so tight, couldn't even get the levers in. Decided to cut them off and looks like they've been glued on? Any suggestions how to get them off without damaging the wheel?

try to push the tyre in (towards the centre of the rim) They are most likely seated in
Acetone and some elbow muthafuckin grease
Heat them up a bit using a heat gun or a hairdryer but might take awhile.
Cutting them probably made your life harder. Looks like it’s just a really tight bead, which is common on tubeless wheels. You need to push the tire towards the center of the channel and then you should be able to get a lever in and remove as per usual.
They are probably just tubeless spec tires and/or rims, which can be a pretty secure fit. Some skill and strength will usually pop them off, but now that they have been cut there is nothing to much on and will likely be near impossible to remove. If your were tome to the shop I work at we would probably tell you to buy new wheels.
Thanks for the tips everyone. Will use a pair of pliers and try and pull them in tomorrow, didn’t realised they could have this tight a bead.
