This seat is a fixed angle and measures 18” off the floor at the rear, 20” in front. 22mm post. My 4 yo is on one toe like this. Is there a flatter, shorter option?

If that is a Fly that is going to be fixed position. I think any seat will work if you want it to be adjustable but check the diameter, I almost think a child bike will have a 1” seat post instead of 1.125”
Pull the seat off and measure the diameter of the seat post. If it is 25.4mm, then just grab any pivotal seat post of appropriate length and a pivotal seat. You also have the option of stealth pivotal.
