I am actively thinking about buying the ultimate cf sl 8. But I fall right between the S and the M.
Currently riding a specialized allez sport in size 56 which I think is just a little big for myself (had to move the saddle almost completely forward to be comfortable). So I will probably get the S. Unfortunately I can‘t go and testride as the next canyon shop is almost 4 hours away by car (which I don‘t have)
Any feedback and pr opinions are welcome.

I was at the same spot on the chart between xs and s, went for xs and it fits perfect. Enjoy!
If 56 was too big, go for S.
It’s 53.5cm long and the M is 55.5 cm long.
Side note:
I’m 171cm and the S fits me VERY well!
You have close to exact my measurements, slightly longer inseam. I was on the same spot on the Grizl chart, went with the S and super happy.
