It’s a base bar, meant only to hold brakes and add a little more leverage for when you aren’t using aero bars, which should be infrequently. It isn’t really mean to be used on its own

You’re not meant to grab the part where the logo is mate 😉 you supposed to use the furthest part where the brakes go and it’s only to stay aero when needing leverage. Rest of the ride you on the top aero bars (the one you removed to take the picture).
Oh no oh wait don’t tell me you use those bars like normal bars for city riding and just by themselves without aero bars ?! Well they look mean but yeah used this way they must be really impractical and a real pain to safely use. At least you have a brake so no need to be real confident and that precise but still I would not ride this outside of TT style riding
