Pin spanner or two small Allen keys or two small screwdrivers or maybe even needle nose pliers.

Before I had a spanner thing that I had to buy to fix my dryer.. I used an old fork for these.. just bent the two middle prongs out of the way and voila

S snap ring pliers that has two points pointing straight out would be a good suggestion
