Haven’t ridden in years. Lost most things related to my former biking life in a fire. No sap, no sobs, just what happened. So after a huge desire to get back in the gravel, I went for the G.1 Explorer. Happy to be where we can peddle to or after work.

Those brake cables need to be properly trimmed.
Edit: why am I being downvoted for pointing out a safety issue on OPs bike? The loose end of the cables at the calliper are long enough that they could catch in the disc!

No reason to rip it. There are a few people riding those in the Arkansas Graveler – a six-day ride across the northern part of the state – and I’m hearing good things about them.
Dude, hell yeah. Great bike to have to dip your toes into biking/on a budget. Upgrade as it breaks, if you end up riding consistently and loving it then spend the money for a fancier rig.
I bought a $1k specialized diverge that I feel fine about (it’s fine, I’m not in love). And I wish I had found this thing first.
