I wanted to share my latest bike gear that has made my long trips so much easier.
After extensive research, I decided to mod an existing mini rack to pack extra stuff for very long trips. I used the main curve of the "Veloci Wednesday rear rack," skipping the top platform and side curve. It's made from high-quality chromium-molybdenum steel tubing, offering excellent strength and weight balance.
With a pair of Blackburn cages, I can now mount extra dry bags or even transport a pair of 2 liter water bottles.
This setup has been a game-changer for me, and I hope it can help some of you too!
