My bike was exposed to rainy conditions. The bolts and sockets on my frame are rusty.
For the bolts, I can replace them with new stainless ones. But I’m not quite sure if we have any solution to the rusty sockets.

White vinegar on some wads of toilet paper or cotton swabs, leave it to soak overnight.
WD40 in the holes and forget about it. Every steel frame in existence has this. Zero to worry about.
