Long Story Short.
As it is in Canyons website. Not all bike with better specs are Available in my country (Oman).
I do visit Istanbul very often and had a thought of ordering to my address there.
Want to disclose that I’m not a Turkish Resident.
What kind of Tax or chargers will I expect if I ordered the bike to Istanbul.
After visiting some bike shops there. If I buy a bike directly from Istanbul will be applicable for a vat return.

Sounds more like a legal advice. If you buy and order in/to turkey, the purchase will be subjected to Turkish import tariffs and taxes as well. If you want to take it to Oman you should look at their import taxes and what they apply on. Everything should be on the Internet, just look it up yourself.
