Another Bosch powerpack with broken temperature sensor -> bad assembly. Terrible QC with these frame and rack batteries from Bosch? Wires pinched, making intermittent contact with the temp sensor. Bosch said a new €800 battery is only option. I fixed it with a $1 ntc sensor.

The sensor you plugged in is not calibrated to the battery’s BMS.
So, you are not fixing the battery, you are simply bypassing a vital safety component of the battery the effect of which will make the battery work in an unsafe manner.
Your ‘repair’ exposes you to a level of liability that exponentially exceeds the price of a replacement battery.
