I know nothing about bikes. They’re asking for $150. Live by Chicago and it’d be nice to get a used bike to try biking as a hobby. Not in a rush to get one.

Disc brakes for $150 is insane , the number one thing is bike fit. Is it the correct size for you
Looks like it might have taken a tumble. It’s a great deal if the frame, wheels and mechanical parts aren’t damaged beyond surface level scuffs.
If the condition is good yes this is a nice deal. Also, the frame must fit you. Definitely worth a test ride and look see.
French guy here, this bike is really great for this price.
