


I noticed while cleaning my bike that 4 small hairline cracks had developed around the seat post, so submitted for warranty replacement last week and heard back today that they are sending out a new frame. Seen mixed reviews- mostly around wait times, but they got back to me in about a week and have been great to worth with for the warranty process. Kinda stuff that makes me happy to stay a customer. The absolute cherry on top is that the replacement is pink, and looks fucking sick. Shoutout to canyon!

Do you have to swap the parts yourself?
Is it the general rules in the industry that company only give you the frame but will not pay for the following assembly fees? Just curious
