Hey guys, I've been riding for a while now and I am trying to find a cheap breakless bike that I can buy in my area. I've found a bike that seems to be breakless on the pictures, but it has breaks in it's specifications. What do u guys think? (Brdza means break in my language)

I didn’t even realise I wrote “brakes” Incorrectly so many tiems
All stock complete bikes come with brakes, because laws. Take them off and it’s brakeless.
