These are carbon layers, absolutely normal.
EDIT: Beautiful bike FYI, I got the same 2 weeks ago and have similar markings .That is the stealth color, it’s only a clear coating, not actual paint.

This is just the bare carbon lay up showing up in the sun.
Totally standard.
We get these questions on a weekly basis.
Do a search in this sub for “stealth” paint job.
