Its a Trek 2004 OCLV 54cm. Seller was asking $450, but negotiated down to $375.
Is this a good deal for a 1st triathlon bike? or should I keep looking?

That’s a decent price. I don’t think it is excessive.
The Trek 5000 and 5200 frames from that era are some of the best ever made. They are incredibly durable and tough. They’re not the lightest, but they work.
The single picture is little out of focus, but from what I can see, the bike appears to be in good condition.
EDIT: $375 is a good price. I’m not a triathlete, so can’t comment on it compared with other bikes for this genre, but you could easily add clip on handlebars.
