Not safe.You can see exposed fibers. It’s compromised. It’s only going to get worse especially with moisture getting in there. You can see if it’s covered under warranty, or look into carbon repair. One of the reasons why I don’t own a carbon bike, the other is I have not enough money…

Not safe, see if you can get it repaired or replaced by the manufacturer. If not find a carbon repair shop
