Context: I am in between sizes which Canyon puts me between XS and S, and I opted for S due to easier to find components for 700 wheels for gravel, and the XS being out of stock on the Grizl 8 1by or available in August for the other colour (I want to cycle this summer already).
This is running a stock 70mm stem and I have purchased a 60mm extra stem that has not been installed yet, but could be installed if I opt not to return it.
Does the bike look remotely correct regarding size?
This is the first time ever running a drop bar bike, and the first time owning a bike in 10 years, I have forgotten the basics. Assuming I measured correctly, the seat is placed at the height recommeded by the sizing tool.

Looks fine. If I were you I’d get a slightly longer stem. Don’t do this yet until you’ve acclimated to the current seating position.
