Spent the last 7 years on a Bullitt only and wanted to have something for some fast fun after work and longer tours. Really amazing how light this thing is and how fast you can accelerate, coming from a 20-26” 25kg internal gear cargo bike 🥹 This is the stock box setup I built myself to learn how to actually do it yourself. Watched a ton of YouTube videos for that. Only the bottle and front rack was added in the cargo spirit.

That bike fit seems odd. The drops aren’t at all where they should be. The flat part of the drop should roughly be parallele to the ground. It’s possible you did that to shorten the reach, but it’s not how you should do it. shorter stem, shorter reach handlbar (specialized make some real short ones)…
Did you get a bike fit?
Congrats on the build! I’m just saying this so you don’t hurt yourself in the long run! 😉
I have been thinking about this same setup!
I know for sure I want the 24-pack rack and the Porterhouse bag that fits it, if only to make it easier to go into restaurants just off the trail (as opposed to taking 4 different bags off the bike and then reconnecting them all afterwards).
I’m torn between the Drops vs. Flats on the Preamble (because the spec and color are different), and also considered the Ogre and the Bridge Club.
Any downsides to it? Things you’d do differently if you could?
