Why did you put a handlebar on your handlebar? There already was one.
See if [this](https://problemsolversbike.com/products/front-rack-light-mount) would work.
Also, check the weight limit on your rack to make sure you aren’t overloading it.
Wont it hit your tire when the suspension compresses?
