In this video he is unlawfuly detained so the police can get his details, and without him commiting an offence, or the officer giving him a lawful reason for the detainment they are lining themselves up for a lawsuit, and I believe that’s what Dj is going to do.

a police officer asks who are you hey and who are you on YouTube the police officer says I’m not saying you’re wrong or they’re wrong I’m just a mediator I’m not saying you’re wrong and they’re wrong or they’re right and you’re right I’m just you know trying to be the mediator and you’re being detained by the police you’re detained at this moment in time until Iain who’s who you are right today we’re going to have a look at the DJ audit’s video and he outside of company I’m just going to have a quick look cuz it takes a bit of pronouncing Volant media it says and it also says the an Iranian International and Afghanistan international radio and TV station and Broadcasting Company excuse me what are you doing do you want to come and talk at the door just hold on a second so this video starts off with a female police officer peeking over the top of the Hedge through off fence and saying excuse me what are you doing all right hello I saw two units on an emergency response so two yeah two was it so I put I put two and two together and I’ve come back to chat to you to make your job a little bit easier okay that’s great so how can I help what’s your purpose for being here today then so what exactly is your purpose for being here today exactly as I’ve told the staff what have they told they haven’t told me anything yet I’m making a YouTube video okay about this building because the fact it’s got this barrier here makes it a little bit unusual and I make YouTube videos on Industrial Estates about unusual things okay and who are you on YouTube I’ve told them as well that I don’t know who you are DJ audits okay yeah so you’re just filming because this is unusual yes what I’ve just said now before you arrived they had some signs on the fence which said volun media what’s that I’ll show you thank you so volent media is a broadcasting business known for managing Iran International and afgh Afghanistan International so DJ educates the police officers on exactly what this company is now the cop has just been in there talking to him surely they would have said something to him you’d have thought so wouldn’t you right so once I saw the sign on the fence I thought oh they’re going to put two and two together and get 25 or something so I shouted over the fence cuz my friend I’ve just noticed you’re involved in Iranian TV here so to let you know so you don’t do all this what we got now I’m a YouTuber I do industrial Estates nothing to be alarmed about I’m no threat I’m not a terrorist I’m not um a protester I’ve got nothing against you I’ve got no idea what you did before I pulled up and saw all this okay so after knowing all this information M they’ve called you and they’re over there saying there he is there he is there he is what are they trying to achieve okay cuz you were at the gate weren’t you when we pulled in yes yeah I’m talking to them guys in fact push bik there so when you see my video those guys they’re both on the phone which ones the security is supposed to be protecting the building this is great and these guys are very alert on it that saw me straight the way trying to sus out whether I’m a threat or not brilliant around there they’re both on the phones I’ve come straight through I’ve cycled all the way down I’ve gone back out and goes guys you need to be Manning this gate he’s on his phone still like that and I’ve gone over to his car it’s still on his FaceTime call to his misses they’re not on the ball so DJ just explains to the police officers that security is absolutely rubbish here anyway I like to highlight you know auditing you highlight things that are being done bit wrong also make a bit of interesting content it all pays so you can see why I’m doing it but in what what they should be concerned do you do this with other tves as well TV yeah this is Media I I try and find out what the place does so by typing in and reason you were drawing attention is because of this barrier stuff and it’s unusual yes uh and that’s don’t you agree though this type of thing is normally when let’s say a Party Conference yeah Party Conference you had all this around the um Birmingham NEC buildings yeah to protect very VIP people yeah prime minister but here it’s protecting the broadcasting station because of what it does inside right okay and that’s it okay mystery solved and you you’re just going to pop that on YouTube or whatever it is yeah for everyone to say you so initially the police officer seems quite happy that DJs is going to put this information on the internet on YouTube Etc cuz who would have fought it he and I’ve not looked into it yet who’s funded these barriers I don’t know if it’s the company or whether it’s the public I don’t know but first time I’ve seen them yeah it’s unusual to me so cuz it’s a private company you know right Volente all this Volente volun volun volun media private limited company based in the UK employs 213 people primarily engages in television programming I’ve been doing exactly the same for all the other places I’ve visited today VMI down the road you beening VMI VMI TV they hire out cameras got a brand new data center you got two brand new data centers being built in the area you’ve got roads being dug up just to lay cable for data centers you got interesting stuff going on around here you’ve got sea Logistics every package that goes into Parliament goes to SAA first right and it gets x-rayed sniff for drugs so you’ve got a lot in your patch that is great for Content creation but what I don’t want is police time wasted hence soon as I realized it was controversial I communicated through the fence so DJ explains they’ve got a lot of interesting stuff going on around here and I like to video all this interesting stuff you understand why we’re here though do you understand how I can be open and honest understand no I totally do but do you understand their concern given that the climate we live in today so the police officer says to DJ do you understand their concerns well why wouldn’t he but what concerns are there you know it’s a TV station big deal only do I understand their concern right but as soon as I spotted that I might be perceived as a threat I’ve shouted over the fence to these guys I’m going to tell you more than I normally do because I don’t want police time and also okay someone came out working there and guess what guess what he recognized I always wear these trousers on my videos and I also always ride this bike guess what are you DJ Audi I’ve got recognized and this was before the phone call to the police okay so they know everything they even recognize who he was before they found the police and still found the police it’s just it’s not I I get that because you obviously in your head you’ve explained it yeah but you know if they seen you some people have seen you for the first time you know they wouldn’t be really doing their job if they didn’t you know think oh I need to check that out so within 2 minutes of me arriving I had that interaction with the worker the employee inside who knows exactly who I am yeah so I take that as a reference so somebody who can vouch for me from the inside of the place okay and they’re still didn’t the others didn’t so the internal communication well we we just we respond to a course you know we have to do we have to do have a job at our end so you know um have you been out here all day then yeah okay and have you had has anyone else said anything if anybody wants to know what I’m doing I’ll tell them okay do you have a lot of followers don’t matter I don’t like to brag it’s not brag just just a straight question really but yeah are you just on YouTube then do you have Instagram yeah all of them Tik Tok Facebook Instagram and do you post everything video does it go on all of them just one all of them on the same day so the police one wants to know what social media channels DJ’s putting these videos on like it’s got out to do with a and that’s my computer goinging um and do you just stay in London or you like to go all over the place UK but if I if I do if I do do a what the viewers don’t like to see is police time being wasted just for somebody being open and on it with a camera okay it seemed too much as being hostile reconnaissance a bit too much now I think given the climate we live in the climate we live in is she talking about the weather because it was a lot worse in the 70s when the IRA were blowing everything up um I think the concern is is probably just more than likely Justified you’re saying that you can just you can justify while you’re here which which you have but we have to check it [Music] out if you think they’ve made the right decision then that’s your opinion I’m not saying yes or no like we we just respond to a call but you know we have to do our job as well so if if they’ve got a concern then we need to treat that you know obviously seriously I think that they just want no attention maybe um any footage that was taken and put online maybe they don’t want this place advertising maybe calling the police might they might if you’re filming be hopeful that the footage will be deleted or something I don’t know what they’re open but it’s pointless you come in if you’re interested in the barrier yeah then do you really need to video this building in in that much detail yeah because it shows that the barrier was put here to protect a private company okay so a private company have now taken a part of the public Highway away probably funded by the public because I know when that Iranian TV station was on some sort of industrial estate they had armed police there base there and that’s all publicly funded you know so the question is is that right and why is the Public Funding private companies to have private police there it’s ridiculous shouldn’t be there I don’t know it’s for the viewers to debate in the comments yeah um it’s a public interest as well okay my colleague just having a word with somebody and then the whole of this industrial estate seems to be sort of gated now um access restricted so it’s sort of an enclosed premises now I what class it as you know so inside there maybe not even the road traffic to fers because it’s it’s gated all the way around there’s a lot of these industrial sites now which have their own little they often quite secure like this yeah and they yeah I mean would the road traffic act apply inside cuz it’s now an enclosed I think that’s a gray area I’m not able to answer that’s probably something that our transport unit will be better first on go ahead just going to make phone call something else you do what’s that what it’s it’s got escalated up to high level we’re just getting advice I get advice I know nothing about drones we not who mentioned a drone yet in our conversation have we no they you poed up the Drone earlier oh that’s your concern now is it so the cop is getting advice about the Drone because he knows nothing about the Drone but nobody’s mentioned a drone yet how good’s that why is that huh why would that be a concern clearly it is that’s what we got a concern all of theirs you popped up the Drone right yeah but why is that what’s that R around building and a look or do whatever you do drone yeah it’s photography and it’s for the video I know I know what it is I mean what concern have they got about that they’ve got concerns about the Drone being popped up over their area and I just need to confirm something one way or the other that’s that’s it yeah but what I’m just confused about surely filming from the ground is more of a concern than filming from above a roof well I don’t know have they not cuz you was chatting for quite a while when I was filming I was actually oh you was on the phone but you was what what’s the concern with the Drone well what don’t want people basically you’re their concern is that you’re over there even though you’re in the airspace you’re over their territory really so a drone is a drone a drone can be many things as well drone disu or something I don’t know it’s it was their concern it was it could have dropped something you mean well we I don’t we didn’t mention anything you know in those words specifically but they had concerns which we had I like to understand people’s concerns so that when it when I come across a Sit you do can you see why that would be a concern no not not just for photography if it’s got a camera on it yeah but if they did know that um I think he was standing just there when I flew the Drone it was very close you can see there’s nothing hanging from it or anything like that so these are obviously the feelings police because they’re concerned about the Drone it’s hurting their feelings so no I don’t understand that [Music] one I’m not saying you’re wrong and they’re wrong or they’re right and you’re right I’m just you know trying to be you know well the mediator are they objecting only to the Drone then but not to somebody filming from the public highway I’m not sure I’m not sure we what was the call there was a drone and it oh the was the Drone it was above the building for about 5 minutes had moved it did mention a video but yeah they had concerns about the Drone they didn’t mention that you were filming regarding did you tell people that you were filming regarding the barrier the person that knows me we had a bit of a conversation the rest of them don’t like talking because they might accidentally say something they shouldn’t the fact that they had these no smoking signs which are now been taken down that had the volent media name on it so you can see how desperate they are to keep volent media name Hush Hush so this company’s really desperate to keep their name Hush Hush but they had signs all outside with the names all over how crazy is that cuz the signs that of yeah I’ll show you everything’s just very um secretive here but the Drone certainly can’t see anything anyway are you local to London then no are you local to London then no well where are you Beast lck’s got out to do with you it’s a part of the video where we try and stay we’re try and stay um as private as possible I’ve told you I’ve told yeah because what it is we try and um Flex rights certain rights and photography is a big right that everybody’s lucky to have in the UK you’ve also got a right to remain private unless suspected of a crime now let’s see here what crime What offense you’re suspecting and then we can see if we want to tell you anymore but for now DJ audits is uh all you need to know really is it I mean I could really just say mind your own business but that that won’t be cooperating with you you know giving you something giv some reassurance do you know this uh this here this is a key ring that I give out to anybody that watches the channel which says the name I’ve mentioned somebody earlier came out of could you could call the police and I’ve told them exactly what we’re up to but guys I’ve not got all day so an unreasonable amount of time now is being spent here while he checks in fact yeah I’ll help you out um drones civil aviation Authority right CAA where can I fly civil aviation Authority where can I fly I search it quite a bit right so this is what everybody has to abide by with drones now buildings so you keep away you keep 150 M away from all these including this place however smaller drones and I’ll show you that I’ve got that I’ll even help you out below 250 you can fly small drones and model aircraft that are lighter than 250 at residential recreational commercial and Industrial sites right you can now the 150 M only applies if you do not have a drone below 250 show me that again sorry so that is the law so all you now need to see is whether the Drone is heavier than 250 the golden number 249 just St okay one G one g under and it’s been made so that it can just fly as close as you want to crowds you see that number there that is the operator ID another legal requirement you have to have it on the Drone so DJ explains to the policewoman exactly what kind of drone is flying and the laws that apply to it that you can fly it anywhere more or less and there’s one more thing to check with if you ever come across people with drones the weight the operator ID and also whether there’s a flight restriction zone so already open on my apps is this so I’ve checked right now there’s a search light display soon if you went really close to the center of London and you’ve got Reds red areas you’ll see restrictions let’s look at that one look restricted area wormwood scrub is definitely restricted area we’re not over there we’re here and all we’ve got is a search light display which is in about 3 days I think it’s they’re active in 2 days so no flight restrictions at all it’s perfectly legal and all those things I already knew all right and if they wanted to talk about any concerns they had with the Drone I’d also show them so DJ shows the police woman the Drone showing that it’s below 250 g and his flyer ID so I now need I now need to move on I’ve waited about 5 minutes for you just hold on cuz my colleague speaking on the phone unfortunately from the conversation I’ve just had with you I’m running out of time I’m not being detained well my colleague he’s on the phone so I’m leaving now if you just hold on I’m leaving now I’m not being detained go all right I just need some details off you mate before we go need it I do need details I need to look let do it I need to look at your drone have you seen the Drone I’ve seen the Drone I need to have a look at I need to look at your civil aviation have I already showed it to her show it I can’t show you’re detained until we determine who you are it can’t do that just cannot do that that’s against the law that’s a civil case against him I’m afraid under what section we’re detained at the moment addresses what section of the law he he Us in hello so you’re not telling me why I’m being detained no what section are you’re detained I need your details mate you’re not entitled to the details you just give me your deta see your Dr and your operator license and once again the police officer states that you’re detained until I get your details what a nty silly boy hello if you’re entitled to my details I’ll give them to you but it’s okay so I’m being detained at 16 100 hours let’s see how long this goes for then we don’t want to keep you here longer no no ideally we don’t you clearly do we’ve got a reason to keep you as soon as we finished with that then you can be on your way you’re assisting with an unlawful detainment at the moment unfortunately everything that I need to give give you I’ve already given you I don’t even need to give it yet I’ve volunteered it to avoid all this and you’re assisting your colleague with this is he the detaining Constable we’re both detaining you you’re both detaining me are okay so you agree with his decision what did he ask for he’s my colleague so what did he ask for do what we need so we need to establish your details your ID no you don’t um we need to see your operator’s license which I’ve showed you you need to you need to show my colleague the Drone which I’ve showed you you have showed me you both detained me and I’ve showed you both things that you’ve asked for you haven’t showed us your license or and you haven’t confirmed your your personal details with us have you you don’t need to now the policewoman is saying we’re detaining you because we need your details and DJ says look I volunteered all the information that you’re going to get and I didn’t even have to do that I gave it you voluntary do you not agree with the legisl how it’s written you’re not entitled to know random details so you you think you you’re entitled to my name and address just for flying a drone over a commercial building when I’ve showed you the law allows there’s no offense why would you need to give somebody your details you’re asking for the details when you’re not entitled to but have you what you have a reservation of giving your details to us then I explain that why is that it’s we’re promoting the rights that the members of the public have on our videos and one of the right is to remain private and carry out your lawful activity without uh intimidation like this so DJ says you’re asking for details you’re not entitled to him and the policewoman’s just stood there dumbfounded you know she she hasn’t got a reply for him at all you’ve seen it Dr right it’s 249 GS and numbers on it numbers yeah let’s get closer to it what were the numbers on your no the question was has it got numbers on it the numbers across the like a a long set of numbers yeah operator’s ID he’s asking you if I showed you the operator he hasn’t showing me that he hasn’t given me details so do you know the number on top of the Drone I told you that was called the operator ID told you that all right okay can I have a look at your operator ID I’ve already showed your colleague well I haven’t seen it and has she seen it ask her your card have you seen card the card please know what you’re talking about before you ask silly things please know what you’re talking about before you ask silly questions if you get this wrong okay you detain Drone what’s the question H what else is on the Drone have you got any specific markers on it or anything what’s the make DJI Mini 4 DJI Mini 4 yes okay and what are the numbers that are on the Jo the operator ID and what is the operator ID are you asking to take notes of it yes can I take note of that operator ID that’s on your drone please so this coper ain’t got a clue and is’s doing is digging a deeper hole for himself do you believe you have the power to take the note of that when no offense asking you for that I’ve got nothing to hide and you cannot get um the operator ID shows you who owns the Drone doesn’t show you who the flyer is okay on your drone yeah there are some numbers y are you willing to show me those numbers to me can I see that in place yeah thank I’ve already showed your colleague but like I said to you it’s not the flyer it’s the owner of the Drone okay so if you’re trying to get my details that’s not it you just take details down that I just note that number is that okay so what is that number representing I’ve just told you two times you’re too busy on the phone what are you doing I’m listening operator drone operator like you know a hdv operator it’s not the driver okay by law you have to have the operator ID thank you yeah and it’s 249 you’re talking on the phone again this CER don’t want to engage with DJ all he wants to do is talk on the phone now I appreciate that he’s getting some advice from perhaps one of the Drone police or something like that but I think it’s quite rude it has to be a 249 G drone like that yeah 249 thank you and there’s no minimum distances to buildings like this and we’re not in a flight no I’m talking to you I’m trying to have two conversations well don’t put the phone down you you’re so rude I’m not there you’re
