So this is a lock that attaches to the frame using bottle cage mounts and the bolt is too long so has poked through the frame? They’re installing this stuff with power tools and are this careless? I’d be really wary of the rest of the bike parts too then, there’s probably stripped threads all over the place! *Return asap and buy from a different shop*
