Hello! I lent my friend my vintage Peugeot. She’s a little creaky but I love her a lot. This friend got the brake pads replaced, which was in theory nice, but when I picked the bike back up I saw they had replaced the front wheel quick release as well with something horrible that doesn’t match the bike at all.
First photo is what they replaced it with, second photo is what I used to have. They were very vague and unhelpful on the phone so I think I need to just do the replacement myself – does anyone have any advice for how to do this lol? I was going to order something like this:
Could I then just take this to a shop ? Do I need anything else?
