Following Problem on my 90s MTB Build: The rear wheel is close to the left chain stay than the right one. I tried flipping the wheel and it's still closer to the left chainstay. So it's not a wheel problem right? Tried a different wheel to be sure. That one is centered?? Tried different QR Skewers.
What the hell do I do? How can I fix a bent dropout/rear triangle on an aluminium frame? Can I adjust the wheel by manipulating the axle nut so it's closer to the left side?

Dont attempt to bend your dropouts or align an aluminum frame. Just re-dish this wheel to fix the centering issue. Also, that tire is too big for the frame, you need 5mm of clearance, wheels flex, frames flex, tires hold dirt and sand. You will wear a hole in the frame and ruin it.
Those tires are way to big for that frame #noclearance
Tire’s way too big.
Once you get a proper size in there, you should re-dish the wheel if it is not centered in spite of being trued.
