It’s a 210, a low tier touring bike, still a very well made bike. Worth no more than a couple hundred bucks maybe.

  2. I’m flipping through the catalogs at [https://www.ragandbone.ca/Miyata/miyata_selector.html](https://www.ragandbone.ca/Miyata/miyata_selector.html)

It looks a lot like the 1983 model 210, but there are a couple things that don’t match up:

    * I don’t see any 210s that come with flat bars
    * The 210s had 27 inch Arraya rims and this bike has 700C MA 40.

So it’s been probably been modded some. It looks to be in pretty good condition.

Valuation is very subjective. It was never a top end bike, but it might be someone’s “Rosebud”.

  3. I’ve had a couple Miyatas, a 90’s Triple Cross, and an 80’s 710 road bike and they were both great rides. Almost all 80s mixtes are low end, but the Miyata 210 is one of the nicest from that period.

This bike looks like it’s in good condition, and ready to ride. Pretty thing too. If it were mine I’d change the grips for comfort and shifters for some top mounts or down tubes to get away from the stem shifters, everything else looks fit for purpose.
