That looks like it’s a Continental tire with the tread wear indicators visible in the photo (the sidewalk is marked with a TWI [up arrow] where they are).
As long as you can still see those markers you’re good, but at least for something like their Ultra Sport tires, once those indicators are gone you’re just barely above the internal structure of the tire

It looks squared off. I’d replace it and plan to rotate front to back next time.

Lots of ppl ignore the triple whammy: bulging tire (torn casing), hard wear on the middle and obvious torn casing sticking out like forbidden spaghetti… this tire is done 3 weeks ago!
