Not sure if I’d call this a road bike. Single speed/fixed gear for sure and looks like it has track style drop outs. This would be good if you’re fine without gears and that wheel can flip to a free wheel, it has two cogs so it should. Can’t tell too much about the bike it self from the pictures

Can’t lose for that price right? If it’s the right size for you I would buy it

It’s an SE Lager, not sure I’d say it’s ever worth the $400 MSRP, it’s a heavy bike, probably 27-30lbs depending on size. For 160 it’s probably OK, but be prepared to buy a decent wheelset for around $300 to get it’s weight to be reasonable, and to enhance the way it rides plus increase reliability. I built & sold a bunch in the mid 2010s, they were cheaper then but still not a great bike.
