So taking my kid’s bike to put in a new gryo in… upon re-assembling the front fork stem and got to the top gyro plate… I noticed the stem is off centred~ see the notch on the stem? Should I just ignore it and crank down the top locknut and be done with it? Otherwise… how would I fix this?

It does appear slightly off center, but this has no impact on the functionality at all, don’t worry about it.
