The Nestucca River Road from Portland. OR to the coast is reported as closed due to road repair after a landslide. https://www.blm.gov/visit/nestucca-river-recreation-area I am wondering if anybody has been up there on a bike over the last few weeks? If so, was it possible to get through the closed road at all on a bike? Also, are the campgrounds on the road still open as normal? Appreciate any recent reports – we are planning to head through there on Weds/Thurs this week if it's passable.
Apparently there is an alternative via Bald Mountain Rd and Bible Creek Road, but would rather follow the river road if we can, particularly if it's quiet due to the closure.
