  1. It’s hard to say without seeing how you fit on the bike. One thing that might help is transferring weight from your hands to your saddle: lower the seat and find a stem with higher incline angle.

  2. Your saddle is tilted forward, that might make you slip forward and put more weight on your hands.

    Try getting it level.

    Your handlebars might require some adjustments as well. Try to get the end of the drops parallel to the ground, rather than going up as they are now.

  3. Level the saddle. Your sit bones aren’t carrying enough weight. Might want to lower the saddle a couple mm, and putting hoods or dummy shifters on the bike would give you more hand positions which would help a lot.

  4. All of the above and shorter taller stem. Also maybe narrow bars if your wrists rotate in our your bars. That part is just a guess with out see how you fit on your bike.
