I’m going to check this bike out my neighbor is selling. I’m just starting to ride here in Portland. Is there anything that stands out as to maybe why I shouldn’t get this one? Most of the used “decent looking” bikes are running between $150-$200. Thanks!

I wouldn’t run those tires unless on a perfectly dry day so maybe factor in the cost of a new set and see if it still feels worth it.
full aluminum frame and fork with that seat is going to feel stiff/rough over bumps so maybe not ideal off paved trails, but for casual riding it might not matter to you.
planning on 10+ mile rides? maybe not the best choice.
