I'll go first.
• Milk'lt Hassle'off (I found a screaming deal at lordgun.com). This has every hex/Torx size I need, a tubeless plugger, chain breaker with space for a missing link, scissors (for tubeless plugs), and a tyre lever.
• An inner tube
• Filthy gloves for when I need said inner tube.
• Lezyne Grip Drive HV pump, which is too much hard work for a 30mm road tyre. I should ride more gravel, I guess.
• Spare derailleur hanger.
The spare mech hanger, tube, and gloves, live in the frame bag (EVOC Multi M?) together with my phone. The fits together nicely behind my bottle cage.
