I had a really stupid crash at bike park Wales.. we were having a chill session with a mate who's not been before, doing some flowy blues. I do a quick shoulder check to see if they're still behind me and put my front wheel over the berm. The result is a one way ticket to slammytown and a fractrured greater tuberosity of the humerus. Bugger
