Also got Q36.5 winter and water repellant tights but not sure how effective they will be.
Most importantly, I only have summer/spring weather shoes. I considered shoe covers, but having used them in the past, they are a major pain to deal with, so would prefer to get a season-specific pair of waterproof shoes.
