Trying to get a ballpark figure of what this Raleigh Lenton Sports road bike is worth.
•Labeled as Raleigh Lenton Sports, Made in England, Badged as “The Raleigh, Nottingham England. Other stickers I can’t make out.
•Cyclo “B” HAM shift levers
•Benelux front and rear deraiderailleurs
•2 Speed front and 5 speed sprockets
•Wheels – Dunlop 26×1 1/4 FAI Made in England
•Axle hubs have a small badge stamp and have oil ports with covers.
•Front axle has ornate thumb nuts, one with one side broken off
•Kenda 26×1 3/8×1 1/4 tires “Fits 26×1 1/4 Straight Side EA-1 English & Schwinn S-6 Rims.”
•Brooks B-15 seat
•Miller Front and Rear Lights w/dynamo are a time period add on
•Front and rear fenders I custom fit to the bike and are an add on
•Replaced the leather straps on the pedals with newer ones because the old were crumbling
That’s the info that I can gather from the bike. I added a photo of the Serial Number from the down tube nearest the seat post. All parts I believe are original unless otherwise noted as “add ons.” Any help with a price “as is” and any other information about the bike would be much appreciated. Everything is in working order but the shifters and derailleurs need some minor adjustments along with the dynamo controller. Thanks for any help ✌🏻❤️✌🏻
