    No, it’s fine. That’s a sealed cartridge bottom bracket. that amount of space is pretty normal.

    Spacing is normal. If the square taper in the crank arm got damaged by riding it loose, it may come off again and you’ll need a new crank arm.

    These should be torqued to around 25-30 ft-lb. It’s common for shops to not check them and it’s always the non-drive side one that will loosen if not torqued properly.

    IT is normal to have the gap there. But if it fell off and you put it back it will likely fall off again since the hole in the cranks and the spindle are not the correct shape anymore.
