Hi, I was just wondering if this was a good deal. Been searching for a bike for my gf, and as she is just beginning and not willing to spend much more, i found this used bike for 250€. Is this fine, should I pass, or offer less ?

250 is a fair price if in good working condition.
200 if it needs a tune up and new inner tubes and new tires.
